The American Solar Energy Society (ASES) is a national organization dedicated to advancing the use of solar energy for the benefit of U.S. citizens and the global environment. ASES promotes the widespread near- and long-term use of solar energy. The American Solar Energy Society (ASES) is the United States section of the International Solar Energy Society. ASES is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the development and adoption of renewable energy in all its forms, including: • Solar Energy • Wind Energy • Geothermal Energy • Hydrogen Energy • Ocean Energy • Biofuels Energy • Energy Efficiency ASES... • promotes the widespread near-term and long-term use of solar energy; • organizes the National Solar Energy Conference; • organizes the National Solar Tour; • publishes SOLAR TODAY magazine, Advances in Solar Energy, the Sunbeam online newsletter and policy statements; • sponsors issue roundtables in Washington, D.C.; • distributes solar publications; and • organizes a Solar Action Network.
